transferring address book and old message archive

Have a new computer, and want to find a way to transfer address book
contacts and message archive to new machine from old. Using Outlook
Express. Any ideas? I'm new to this group. Thanks for any help.

I too am wondering how to get messages from one pc to another. I did export addresses fine, but messages are different. I exported messages but was unable to import them? Any answers out there?
