Transfering XPhome onto new Harddrive

I have added a new IDE hard drive to my system and I want
to transfer my XP image and all boot records onto the new
drive to use boot drive.

What are the best options to do this?

Check the web site for the manufacturer of the new hard drive. They
usually have a free disk cloning utility that you can download.
