transfering select contacts from outlook to blackberry

I need to transfer a contact list to BB from Outlook 2007 (XP). In my
Colntacts.pst file i have 4 different llists of contacts. I want to transfer
only the one list or contact list.

Are you using Desktop manager? If so, you can go into the sync settings and
pick which folder to use.
