Transfering Music licences

Hi.
A new drive was added to my PC.
This new one becomed C:
The older one is now E:
Obviously that when you try to play certain songs it doesnt and asks to
"Manage licences transfer"
How do i transfer the music licence.
I've tried to look for them but could'nt.
