I am on cable broadband with a wireless router to enable me to access the
files on my notebook from my laptop.

I use Outlook for Email on both machines.

What is the best way of transferring to the desktop, copies of all Email
messages sent from the notebook.

At present I am exporting the messages to a comma separated file on the
notebook and them importing the file into Outlook on the desktop. it's
cumbersome but works.

Is there an easier method?

One other way to share THAT IS NOT SUPPORTED is to create a network share on
the desktop and move that PC's PST into it. From the laptop, open that PST
in Outlook.
