Transfer user settings (emails, contacts etc) into new user in Out

Hi,

Having had the frustration of a corrupt user message and in process of
finding a solution to this, I am now trying to find a solution to transfer my
OUtlook settings (emails, contacts etc) from old corrupt user, to shiny new
one.

Please can someone direct me to either an KB article or the solution to this.
