Transfer some Outlook files

I have added a second computer running XP Home to a home network, and now
wish to transfer only some Outlook files from the old computer. The files are
currently being used by a second user on the old computer, who will now work
only on the new computer. What is the best way to transfer these files?

The best way is to ask the experts in an Outlook (or
Outlook Express?) newsgroup.
