Transfer personal settings, filters, etc. to my laptop

I just installed Office2003 on my new laptop, and I would like the version of
Outlook on the laptop to be configured exactly the way it is on my desktop at
the office. I have Outlook 2000 at work, but Outlook 2003 on the laptop.

I'd also like to transfer all of my e-mail filters and the currently
filtered e-mails to my laptop. And, I want to copy all of my appointments,
tasks, etc.

I basically don't want to manually set everything, re-send emails, etc if
there's a way I can "copy & paste" or export the settings somehow.

Any ideas?

Dear CLO,
I have Outlook 2000 at work, but Outlook 2003 on the laptop.

1.) Be sure, before you test/buy a synchronization tool, that you don´t get
any problems because Outlook 2000 and 2003 have different PST file and not
all fields in a new PST file are supported to synchronize with an old PST
file.
