I'm a volunteer for a very small non-profit. I would liek to transfer my
Access membership DB to the new membership chair. She has Access on her
computer. How can I transfer the entire DB including label formats and
everything else so she can just start up and use it the same way I've been
doing it. (to complicate things, I'm back in the 19th century still using
3.5 floppies and can't even remember how to to WinZip) My file size is
1900KB but it won't transfer to a floppy)

Thanks,
Darris

All that your coworker needs is the .mdb file.

Try Tools... Database Utilities... Compact and Repair Database to see
if that makes it small enough to fit.

If it doesn't, your options are all a bit of a chore: do get WinZip,
read the help, and create a "disk spanning archive"; borrow somebody's
external parallel- or serial-port disk drive; EMail her the file,
zipped, as an attachment; if the two machines are in physical
proximity, get a crossover serial cable and network them temporarily.
