Transfer favourites

I have a "paid for" subscription to MSN Premium which handles all of my email
and other web related requirements.
I want to transfer all of the favourites in MSN to IE 6 (or 7) so I can
change to a free service. Any idea how this might be accomplished? Thanks.

Open IE (6 or 7), click File and then click Import and Export.

Alan, I just can not find the folder for mSN favorites on my pc despite
following all of the instructions.
Any ideas please?

I don't have MSN so cannot use the tool myself.
It seems clear where the folder should be.

Did you set your view to show hidden files?
(Explorer-Tools-Folder Options-View, check "Show hidden files and
folders")
