transfer emails and contacts to a different computer

Help I need to transfer all my emails and contacts from one compter to my
laptop, is there a way to do this without emailing all ofthem to myself

Copy your pst file.

You need to enable Hidden and System Files in your search. (Advanced
search options). When you have found it, do NOT overwrite the pst file
that already exists on your new machine. Copy the original to another
folder, remove the "Read-Only" attribute (if you used a CD) and then in
Outlook go to File-Open-Outlook Data File.
