Is there any way in which I can transfer data from drive D: to C:?
My drive D: only has like 3% space and my drive C: has 97%.
Just data? (Documents, Pictures, etc..?)
Since one can easily assume your D was setup as your "data drive" and your C
is (as with most installations) your system drive - sure - copy your files
to C. Actually - "move" in your case.
However - to be 100% safe - I would personally burn said data (or copy) to
external media such as an external hard disk drive, CD/DVD, another
networked computer. Then I would move said data to the new loaction(s) on
the C drive as needed.
What you have left out is your system specs.. drive configurations(type,
size, number, etc), partitioning, operating system (including patch level)
and amount of data involved - as well as what you consider "data"...
