transfer bookmarks to internet explorer

I am probably in the wrong news group but am a newbie. How can I transfer
Netscape bookmarks into favorites in IE? would appreciate any help.

Hi,

There is a wizard to convert from Netscape Bookmark to IE favorites and
vice-versa.

On IE, choose "Import and Export Wizard" on File menu
Follow screen instructions
