Transfer archived emails in MSN to Outlook

How can I transfer my archived emails(Maildb) files from
MSN9 to Outlook 2003.I found one method that is to
transfer the archived emails to the Server and download
again to Outlook.
But is there a way to transfer those Mail db files
directly from MSN9 to Outlook 2003 within the computer? Do
the files arise any conflicts.

If you can see the folder containing the messages you wish to transfer, drag
them from that folder to a local folder.
