Transfer address book to new computer

How can I transfer my address book to a new computer? I'm using Office 2000
in both cases. Both computers will continue to need the address book.

There is no address book in Outlook.
All Outlook data is contained in one file. The file you need to transfer is
your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar,
contacts etc are stored.
