Transfer accounts from Outlook Express to Microsoft Outlook

I just got the new Microsoft Office and would like to know if there is a way
to transfer my e-mail accounts from Outlook Express to Microsoft Outlook?

In Outlook, click File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail and Addresses.
Let me guess: you didn't even look, did you?
 
This is the same information previously posted, but it hasn't helped me. Two
computers: #1 Windows 98SE running Outlook Express 6.0 #2 Windows XP running
Outlook 2003
According to my new computer, there are no Internet Mail or Address to
import. If I try to Export from machine #1, it shows me progress, then
disappears, never to be found again.
All of my contacts (address book) and important messages are trapped on
machine #1. Isn't there a simple (easy to understand) way to
move/export/upload all of this to Outlook on machine #2?
I'm not computer illiterate, I just can't find instructions that I can
follow that work.

Firstly, transfer all the OE settings and mail from machine #1 to OE on
machine #2. Go here http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/backup/index.htm to
find out how to do it.
When you have done that, THEN transfer settings and mail from OE on
machine #2 to Outlook 2003.
