Anyone know how I can move my license from my desktop PC to my laptop without
spening the money to buy another one? I do not want to use it on both, just
move it.

Depends on the version of this unknown MS program
If its a retail version, uninstall on old PC, install on new PC, use phone
activation if online fails
However if its an OEM vesrion its tied to the origonal PC

Not if it is an OEM version.

Thank you for replying. It is Microsoft Office Outlook and I paid for it and
downloaded it from the internet. Is that what OEM means?

OEM means "Original Equipment Manuffacturer" and an OEM license for Outlook is
one bundled with the PC when you buy it. If you purchase Outlook from a
retail dealer, it's likely a retail license. From whom did you purchase
Outlook?

Paying for it has nothing to do with whether it is an OEM or retail
version. You also have to *pay* for OEM versions! OEM version are
*not* free even if bundled in a pre-built host. You can *buy* either
retail or OEM versions.

And just from WHERE did you "download" this copy of MS Office? Give the
URL to the site.
