Here is what I do: I write a study document in word, save
it and transfeer it to a "JunpDrive" (or Removable Disc).
I then clear the Word Document and write another study -
my question is: How do I transfer the second study
document to the same "JumpDrive" without it over-writing
what I have previously transferred? I need the second
document/study to be another document in the JumpDrive.
Please help, I am not very good at this "computer stuff"

Thanks
Roger

If you want to be sure that these documents are going to be available when
you need them in the future, do NOT save them to removable media. Save them
to the hard drive then COPY to the removable media. Similarly copy from the
removable media to the hard drive before you open the document.

The simplest way to do this is to save your preferred layout without the
text as a template. Create a new document from the template and save it when
you have finished editing it. Create another new document for the next piece
of work and save that with a different filename.
