Training??

I am looking for some Active Directory training that focuses on not just AD
setup and administration but also troubleshooting and maintenance. I have
searched the internet but I'm really not interested in the MCSE exam courses
as they don't get as in depth on the troubleshooting and maintenance. The
exam courses seem to be the most prevalent but not really what I need. Does
anyone know of a good source? (online or classroom training)
