I'm trying to develop an in-house training manual on how I
developed a simple database. I'm using MS Word but each
time I want to show an MS Access example I have to go from
MS Word to MS Access and do a print screen. The problem
I'm experiencing is the print screen shot is very
difficult to read. Is there a place in Access where I can
go a retreive examples of the different tools used in MS
Access and copy over to a word document.

Just whack the print-screen button,a nd then paste that into word.

I get rather high quality screen captures that way. In fact, print screen
works for all windows applications. You can also use alt-printscreen to
capture the current active application,a nd not the whole windows desktop.

If you look at the following screen shots of ms-access, I used printscreen
to capture these.

So, not sure why you are having difficulty reading your screen captures..but
perhaps you are re-sizing them..as that will cause problems.
