I have a client/server network that I use as a foundation for my small
business and at the hours of 8am and 3pm, people log on at 8am and people
log off the network at 3pm my whole network begins to slow down tremendously.
What do you suggest that I do. i am a begining systems administrator?

The main thing to do would be to work out where the bottleneck is. Server
resources, or network bandwidth etc.

You'll probably get a better reply in a more specific group too.
