clicked on our link.

How can that be done?

You should probably look into using the Request.UrlReferrer method.

The most reliable way is to use a parameter in those links.
So let say Affiliate #1 has a link http://www.mysite.com/?ref=1
Aff #2 http://www.mysite.com/?ref=2
