Each change made to a document when Track Revisions is turned on retains
information about the user who made the change. However, the information it
retains is the username and initials specified in Tools>Options>User
Information. Many people never bother to specify these, so it's not a
completely reliable way of tracking who made the change, unless you can
encourage or enforce that users of the document have the correct user
information set.
