Tracking Tab Help

I am re-posting this as I have not received a solution. It appears I am not
the only one with this issue. Can any one help?

But are you receiving notification that the message was _received_? That's
the important step. All you've done is request a receipt. Until you
actually GET one, there is no tracking tab.
 
As previously stated, YES I am receiving notification that the message was
received, STILL NO TRACKING TAB

WTFO??
