Let's try this again, sometimes on boot and sometimes while using XP crashes
and when I restart the system MS error reporting shows a device driver
problem but offers NO help. How do I figure out what's causing the crash?

you could reinstall all the drivers one by one, or use
the recovery disk to reinstall. i had the same problem,
so disabled ms error reporting. use help in your machine
to see.

Does XP keep track of which driver crashed? If so how may I find this
information out?

Try right clicking on my computer and select properties then on the system
properties box select hardware / device manager and see if you have any
warning flags on any of the devices. This may guide you in the right
direction

Thanks for the reply, and here is what the event viewer shows for the
errors. Now all I need is someone who knows what it meaens and how to guide
me in fixing the problem?
