Hi =?Utf-8?B?bWFzaGFiZXRo?=,
Does anyone know if there's a way to send out a document for review to, say,
4 different people simultaneously and then integrate their revisions in a
single document? Is it possible, or do you basically have to send it to one
reviewer at a time when you use Track Changes?
One reviewer at a time if you want all the changes in a single document.
You can send out separate documents (and don't bother turning on Track
Changes), then use the Document Merge (Compare) facility to bring them one at
at time into the original document. Neither document should have any tracked
changes when you start the process. The differences Word finds between the two
will then be marked as changes. You'd then need to accept/reject these, then
merge in the second. And so on, until all the documents have been processed.
