Track Eraser

Is there any issues using Track Eraser? I mean, is it
possible for track eraser to delete needed files?
 
If you delete cookies, for example, it'll delete every darn one of
them--you'll perhaps lose some stored passwords or usernames, etc.
Otherwise, critiques here have generally been about the ineffectiveness of
the feature, rather than over-effectiveness.
