track changes

If I track changes in word 2003, will someone using an older version of Word
be able to continue and see the reviewing?
 
Yes. If the recipient is using a version older than Word 2002, the tracked
changes will be presented in a different format, but they will still be
visible. To see what users of older versions will see, disable balloons or
switch to Normal view.
