I have to edit a manual for some years, and I want to prepare my
environment perfectly to avoid *some* of the problems in future.
My question:
The document will be revised by human readers outside the office (on
paper). To show them the changings I want to use track changes.
But: As the changes on different pages are accepted or rejected by
different reviewers at different times, I will never have the chance to
accept all changes. So my document will always contain *open" changes.
Will my document live long or will it crash eventually? Is there a
possibility to remove old, no more needed track changing data from a
document?
