Our legal department gets a lot of documents from
outsiders who have taken a copy of a file from a web site
made changes and then sends them to legal. Legal then
opens that file and goes to Tools to do a compare file
with the original (it may be been created in an earlier
version of Word). When it compares the two documents in XP
it picks up paragraph changes and marks the whole
paragraph when there really wasn't a change in that
paragraph. This does not happen in Office 97. Any hints on
why it's doing this?
Thanks!
