Track changes and Office 2003

Recently upgraded to Office 2003 now a problem with completing some work
forms as they show the original track changes when the template form was
developed by my company. Track changes on tools can not be turned off as it
is "greyed-out" and not available. I don't want the track changes to show.
Just need to add my reply to the questions.
 
Unprotect the form, turn Track Changes off, then reprotect and fill in the
form.
