Track Chandes - Deleted Text

I am a WORD 2002 user. In previous versions of WORD you
could select a stype and color separately for inserted
(added, changed to) text and deleted (changed from) text.
In WORD 2002 I can not find any option for separately
identifying the colors of these two functions. They both
come out red (I have selected red for insertions). I
would like blue for deletiona and red for insertion.
