You turn off sounds in guess what, Control
Panel/sounds.events

| MY tower beeps whenever one of those "are you srue you
want to turn off so and so" or something like that comes up,
its a pain in the ass. Please fix.
keep looking, have you tried turning all sounds off for
windows events?
