Touchpad Trouble

On my laptop. i have a touchpad!

Just now, i noticed that when i tapped it, it did not left-click like it should. the pointer moves fine with my finger. but, when i tap, it does not click like it is supposed to.

Could it be a driver error? i think it was working within a couple of days.

I have restarted, and nothing.

any suggestions?

i have the same problem as you, but backwards. when i tap the touchpad it makes double-click. i want to disable it. how can i do it?
