HMS Surprise

Greetings,

I have a work application where we are running a mobile computer with a
small (10-12") touchscreen monitor. One feature we are pursuing is an
onscreen keyboard. I have heard that there is one than runs under XP,
but have yet to find any info on it. Does such exist? If so I would
like your opinion on it and others.

Thanks,

jh

PS - I apologize if this is a repeat post however I searched and do not
see that my original made it to the group.

Note the following from XP Help and Support:
"To open On-Screen Keyboard, click Start, point to All Programs, point to
Accessories, point to Accessibility, and then click On-Screen Keyboard.
a.. The program in which you want to type characters must be active while
you are using On-Screen Keyboard. "

Thanks all. I should have been more specific. What I am searching for
is a program that work with touchscreen monitor and sense key touches.
Sorry for the confusion. I suppose the reason I didn't find it on help
and support was that I searched for touchscreen keyboard.

Nonetheless I will remember this info for future use.

jh

Your request is still confusing. Do you have a keyboard attached, to
"sense key touches". Otherwise your onscreen keyboard transmits the
desired keypress to the application when the correct spot on the screen
is pressed or touched.
