I am working on a project where XPE will be booted from flash and RAM EWF
will be enabled. I also have ELO serial touchscreen. I have stable working
images with ELO touchscreens fully functional. However I wish to provide
users a means of calibrating touchscreens and be able write the
changes(registry entries) to a hard disk located on the network from which I
will load up these settings on every system startup. The problem is that I
cannot find a way to stop and restart the monmouse driver from a batch once I
have installed new touchscreen parameters. Any Ideas?

If reboot is not acceptable for you, use devcon to restart the driver.
