RealOne Player will not play. I keep getting a Microsoft
error "There was a problem" I uninstalled RealOne
Player and tried to download again. Same Microsoft error
appeared. This is very exasperating. What can I do?
I would really appreciate some help. Billie

Billie,
by chance did you also have MusicMatch Jukebox
installed? Have had problems with and am still (and this
is on 2 diff. computers. Loss of sound). I am trying to
figure it out. I have "Real One" due to
doing "BearShare" (a gnutella, file sharing thing) and it
comes with it to play the music downloads. Having
serious sound problems. Thx, Marisa

The message is headed "Shell executable of Setup Program"
Encountered a problem and needed to close. Then they ask
if you want to sent error report to Microsoft. Does this
help? Thanks

"There was a problem" is not helpful. You need to post
the entire error message to get help with this.

Perhaps the Real.com website has some advice.
