Top Quality Online TV program?

Hi,

I was just wondering whether anyone has come across any good quality
programs to watch Online TV. I'm looking for a program that provides a list
of TV stations that I can click on with a listing of up to date channels.

I so far have downloaded Concept Designs "Online TV 2" and have not been 100
% happy because of missing TV links.

Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
