Top of new window off top of desktop...

When I open or create a new email, the top of the new window is off the top
of the desktop. I have no way to move it down. I have to maximize it to be
able to send, reply or forward the email. Vista home premium. Any ideas?

A new mail window is resized by dragging the edges with the mouse.

You can use the 'Move' feature to position it so that you can get to the
edges, right click on the new mail window button in the bottom
taskbar>move>use the arrow keys>click to release.

Remember: that Windows remembers the last size that you drag the edges to,
prior to closing with the X.
