Top of heads show on screen but are cropped when printed

People send me pictures on Outlook Express and when I print them through
Microsoft Picture Manager, all of the heads are cropped off. Any
suggestions? Thank you. I have Office 2003

If you have Office 2003, you have Microsoft Outlook - but you've mentioned
Outlook Express. Do you mean the *senders* are using OE and you're using
OL2003? Since Outlook doesn't show you attached image files inline, you have
to open them (or save them and open them). If you open in them in something
besides the app you're using, does it happen the same way? If you use
another printer, does it happen the same way?

This doesn't sound like an Outlook issue at all, btw.
