Top Menu Bar Disappeared

I have Internet Explorer 6. Somehow my top menu bar
disappeared. I have tried reinstalling and it will not
come back. Does anyone know the short cut keys to get the
top menu bar back with file, edit, etc on it.
 
This just happened to me. I tried using <Alt>-F to get
to the File dropdown with no luck. Was about to
reinstall. Coincidence? -- I just installed Netscape as
a backup testing tool. Could that have anything to do
with it?
 
I have Windows ME not XP.
