Top 10 from a list ....??

I have a list with over 200 people with their test results in two rows

per example

A 6,5
B 7,6
C 4,5
D 2,3
... ....

Is any way i get the top10 from the list

Use an AutoFilter (Data>Filter>AutoFilter), and select Top 10 from the
dropdown in the column heading.

Or, to extract the items, use an Advanced Filter, with a LARGE formula
in the criteria area. There is an example here:

With your cursor placed "within" your table (range), at the Menu, Data
Filter, Auto-Filter
Click on the Down-arrow of the column of choice there you'll see "Top 10..."
option.

is any way also to have the top 10 next to the list and every time
change something or adding someone to get updated automaticaly

Auto-Filter is Dynamic, meaning it is always current. After entering more
records
just choose the same data, filter, auto-filter, top-10...
