ToolTip Question

Hello All,

Is there anyway to position the tooltip to appear at the top of the
control?

I don't think so. As the tooltip is implemented you don't have much control
over it. The only properties that you can set is the caption and time
related properties. It probably could be possible to have more control over
it using PInvoke and sending tooltip messages directly to the control.
