Tools Missing From Standard Toolbar

On any Microsoft Office application you have a standard
toolbar that has File, Edit, View, Insert, Format, Tools,
etc. Tools is missing, where did it go and how do I get
it back?

Right-click on the Toolbar and Customize>Toolbars. Select Worksheet Menu Bar
and "Reset".

NOTE: this action will remove any customizations you may have done to the bar.

If this is not an option, you can re-build by Customize>Commands> and scroll
down to "Built-in Menus". Scroll down to Tools and drag that up to the menu
bar
