toolbars

I make custom toolbars (using 2003). Every so often, when I open a document
the toolbar disappears and I have the standard toolbars. I have to redo my
toolbar.

Does anyone know why this happens? Is there any way I can save my toolbar
somewhere in case this happens again?

Are there multiple logon options/people for your computer?
Is it whole toolbars disappear?
