toolbars

When I open a particular document a toolbar appears that
looks like I am sending an e-mail...it takes up half the
page. I know this is something simple, but it doesn't
seem to be a toolbar I can check off from the View menu.
What did I click to make this appear? Any help would be
appreciated!!!
 
If this is Word 2002 or 2003, there should be an E-mail button on the
Standard toolbar that toggles this header. In older versions, look at File |
Send To | Mail Recipient.
