Does anyone know how to lock the toolbars in Outlook 2000? I'm going
crazy because each time I open the program the toolbars are organized
into 3 bars instead of 2 as I have done each time I run the program.
 
Check your add-ins as they are notorious for rearranging the toolbars when
the folder to which they apply are shown.
