Toolbars in Outlook 2003

I have many toolbars in 2003. How do I lock them in to place? I can move
them around, but whenever I restart Outlook they revert back to there old
position?

I have the same problem.

I also have other problems related to Outlook
2003 "remembering" changes that I have put in place.

Please refer to my posting this morning titled "Outlook
2003".

Unfortunately, I do not have a solution to your issue (or
my own)...if possible, please let me know if you receive
an answer.

you can't lock them in place - their location is controlled by the app that
installs them.
