Toolbars I close keep reappearing.

Outlook 2007 with Windows XP Pro and Service pack 3.

I have repeatedly closed a couple of toolbars in Outlook 2007. None the
less, each time I open Outlook they reappear.

What's wrong and how can I fix it? Thanks
 
Which toolbars are these? If they are 3rd party toolbar then you'll have to
consult the vendor of that addin as Outlook doesn't control 3rd party
toolbars.
