my toolbar is completeley missing in Word. I have tried re-
installing word. all the right clicking or alt-V or F11's
do not work. any other suggestions? I use it all the time
and it is driving me crazy to be s limited.
 
You might want to try inquiring in a Word group. Having/knowing Windows
2000 does not imply the same for Word.
 
It depends what toolbar is missing
If you have the File/Edit/View menus, go to the View menu and navigate down to Toolbars. Standard and Formatting are the default 2 toolbars.
